ALERT:  Due to the COVID Pandemic, the following policies have been implemented.
Please do not schedule an appointment online unless you intend to keep it.  There are only a limited number of appointments available.  By doing so you prevent patients from getting an appointment.  To prevent further abuse of this system, once an appointment has been scheduled and is cancelled for any reason, there will be a $50/exam non refundable cancellation fee.
